Our scope: The project included all associated service disconnections, including electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems, carried out in accordance with Australian Standards and relevant authority requirements. This involved isolating and disconnecting services to enable safe removal and transport of the demountable structures.

GS Building completed all decanting works, including the removal of fixtures, fittings, façade elements, and preparation of modules for craning and transport. This included compliance with required procedures for lifting points, structural components, and safe handling in accordance with School Infrastructure NSW protocols.

The scope also included the demolition and removal of all associated access infrastructure, including stairs, ramps, landings, decking, and awnings, along with the removal and recycling of concrete pads and footing systems.

All modules were prepared, craned, and loaded onto transport vehicles (provided by others), with GS Building coordinating site logistics, cranage operations, plant, and equipment to ensure efficient delivery of the works. The project also included site establishment, dilapidation reporting, safety controls, and full compliance with WHSE requirements.
